ExamTrack is a simple study tool that lets you keep your exam timetable in one place, print it, export it as a PDF, and optionally sync it to your own account. This page explains exactly what data the app handles.
What we collect
- Your email address — only if you choose to sign in or create an account (with Google or with email and password). It is used to identify your account.
- Your timetable — the exam details you type in yourself: course name, course code, type, date, start and end time, hall/room, and notes.
- Remembered preferences — your light/dark theme choice, stored locally in your browser.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, or any analytics or advertising data.
How your data is used
- To keep your timetable available when you come back to the site.
- To sync your timetable between devices, but only when you are signed in.
- That is all. Your data is never used for advertising or profiling.
Where your data is stored
- On your device — the timetable is saved in your browser's local storage so it works offline.
- In the cloud — only if you sign in. Data is stored in a Supabase database, protected so that each account can read and write only its own timetable.
Sharing
Your timetable is never sold and never shared with third parties. Nobody else — including other users of ExamTrack — can access your account's data. If you create a share link yourself, anyone who has that link can see the timetable it contains.
Signing in with Google
If you continue with Google, Google confirms your identity and shares your name and email address with ExamTrack. ExamTrack does not receive your password, your Gmail, or access to any other Google data.
Deleting your data
- You can delete any exam from the timetable at any time.
- Clearing your browser's site data removes the local copy.
- To delete your account and everything stored in the cloud, send a request using the support contact shown on the Google sign-in screen, and it will be removed.
Cookies
ExamTrack does not use tracking cookies. It stores a sign-in session token in your browser (only after you sign in) so that you stay signed in.
Children
The app is intended for university students and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Contact
Questions about this policy, or a request to delete your account and its data, can be sent using the support contact shown on the Google sign-in screen.
